Uninstalling M2-200s

Ophir-Spiricon M2-200s Installation Cleanup Instructions

Sometimes M2-200s will not completely uninstall from a computer and needs to

be manually removed from the computer. Below are instructions for completely

uninstalling M2-200s from a computer

M2-200s Installation Cleanup Instructions

1. Disconnect the equipment from the computer

2. Run the application Uninstall from either the Windows Start, or through the Control

Panel\Programs and Features

3. Delete the following program folders and all of their contents if they exist.

<SYSTEMDRIVE>\Spiricon\M2-200-FW-SCOR

4. Delete the following registry keys

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Spiricon\M2-200-FW-SCOR20]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Spiricon\M2-200-FW-SCOR] (On 64-bit

installations only)

5. Reboot the computer

6. Install version 4.99 by right clicking on the installation and selecting “Run as Administrator”.
