Uninstalling BeamWatch

Ophir-Spiricon BeamWatch Installation Cleanup Instructions

Sometimes BeamWatch will not completely uninstall from a computer and needs to be manually removed from the computer. Below are instructions for completely uninstalling BeamWatch from a computer

BeamWatch Installation Cleanup Instructions

1. Delete the following program folders and all their contents if they exist.

• < SYSTEMDRIVE>\Program Files\Spiricon\BeamWatch

• <SYSTEMDRIVE>\Program Files\Spiricon\Console Service\

2. Delete the following registry keys

• [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Spiricon\BeamWatch]

• [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spiricon\BeamWatch]

• [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Spiricon\Version5] (On 64-bit installations only)

• [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pleora Technologies Inc]

3. Enable the "Show hidden file and folders" option in Windows Explorer

4. Delete the following folders the following locations

• C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage

• C:\ProgramData\Spiricon

5. Install and run the Microsoft tool for fixing issues that block programs from being installed or removed by following the below link.

7. Reboot the computer
