Ophir StarLab Installation Cleanup Instructions

Sometimes StarLab will not completely uninstall from a computer and needs to be manually removed from the computer. Below are instructions for completely uninstalling StarLab from a computer

StarLab Installation Cleanup Instructions

1. Delete the following program folders and all their contents if they exist.

• < SYSTEMDRIVE>\Program Files\Ophir Optronics\StarLab 3.XX\

2. Delete the following registry keys

• [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ophir Optronics\StarLab]

• [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ophir Optronics\StarLab 3.XX] (On 64-bit installations only)

3. Enable the "Show hidden file and folders" option in Windows Explorer

4. Delete the following folders the following locations

• C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\IsolatedStorage

5. Install and run the Microsoft tool for fixing issues that block programs from being installed or removed by following the below link.

7. Reboot the computer
